Guideposts for men
Who am I, beyond roles and expectations?
What gives my life direction and meaning — right now?
How do I relate to others from presence instead of patterns?
What does embodied masculinity feel like in my own body?
How can I stay open, honest and connected — without losing myself?
If you feel the call to explore these questions, you are not alone. This immersion offers a space to slow down, listen inwardly
and explore your own orientation — not by finding ready-made answers,
but by reconnecting with what is already alive within you.

NOTE: This video offers an emotional impression of the spirit and qualities of our work — strength, vulnerability, and brotherhood.
The actual training has a different structure and focus.
Please let the images speak to you as an invitation, not as a literal expectation.
Masculinity in early cultures
In many early cultures, masculinity was shaped in relationship — through community, shared responsibility and guidance from elders. Becoming a man was not a solitary journey, but a relational process, embedded in daily life and supported by the collective.
While these cultures were shaped by their time, they remind us of something essential: men need spaces to learn, reflect and grow together — spaces where experience is shared, and orientation emerges through connection.
In today’s world, such spaces have become rare. This immersion offers a contemporary, grounded setting to explore what masculinity means to you — not as a fixed role, but as a lived, embodied experience.
Being a man means…
- Developing inner steadiness and trust in yourself.
- Feeling and embodying your masculinity in a way that feels true to you.
- Listening for your inner orientation and allowing a sense of vision to emerge.
- Experiencing wholeness — whether you are alone or in relationship.
- Meeting challenges with presence, learning from experience and staying connected to yourself.

Focus points during our workshop?
This immersion draws inspiration from a wide range of wisdom traditions and embodied practices that have supported men across cultures — not as fixed teachings, but as points of orientation for personal exploration. Together, we explore practices that invite you into deeper presence, self-awareness and connection with what feels meaningful to you.
You are encouraged to explore your own sense of vision, relationship and sexuality — in a way that is self-directed, grounded and free from external expectations. Rather than following prescribed roles or ideals, the focus is on discovering what feels authentic and alive for you in this phase of your life.
At its core, this immersion is about connection and brotherhood, not competition. The space is held as a supportive circle of men, where openness, mutual respect and shared experience replace comparison or rivalry.
